We build the machine that makes the media.

A founder-operated studio. We design and run production pipelines end to end — brief to publish-ready footage — and the control layer that makes them safe to run unattended: gates that refuse, budgets that fail closed, provenance on every frame.

01 / Capabilities

Three ways to work with us

Whether you need the output, the performance, or the machine itself.

01

Production at volume

Video produced on a pipeline instead of a timeline. Consistent characters, consistent brand, consistent cadence — without the linear cost of a traditional edit bay.

  • Short-form vertical & long-form
  • Product / explainer / narrative
  • Recurring publishing calendars
02

Performance creative

Paid social creative built to be tested, not admired. Hooks, variants and iterations shipped fast enough to actually learn something from the data.

  • Meta advertising management
  • Hook & angle variant batches
  • Copy, edit and traffic in one place
03

Custom production systems

We build the pipeline inside your operation — orchestration, guardrails and cost controls — and hand you something your team can actually run.

  • Pipeline design & orchestration
  • Policy and compliance gates
  • GPU and API cost governance

02 / How it works

A state machine, not a to-do list

Every piece moves through the same numbered stages. Nothing advances until the stage before it passed. Two of them can stop the line entirely.

  1. 01

    Research & brief

Market signal, reference teardown and a written brief with an explicit angle — before a single asset is generated.

  2. 02

    Script

Original writing with a deliberate structure: hook, tension, payoff. Written for retention, not for word count.

  3. 03

    Voice & sound

Narration, pacing and sound design locked early, because everything downstream is cut against the audio.

  4. 04

    Visual generation

Character, product and scene consistency enforced by locked reference specs — the same subject in every shot, every episode.

  5. 05

    Assembly

Deterministic edit and render. The same inputs produce the same output, so a fix is a rerun rather than a rebuild.

  6. 06

    Compliance check GATE

Synthetic-media disclosure, licensing, claim review and variation against prior work. Fails closed — no override, no exceptions.

  7. 07

    Editorial review GATE

A human sign-off with a single question: would a demanding editor greenlight this? If not, it iterates instead of shipping.

  8. 08

    Publish & measure

Scheduled release, then retention, click-through and cost per outcome fed back into stage 01.

03 / The control layer

Automation is easy. Trusting it is the hard part.

A system that can act on its own can also quietly burn a budget, breach a platform policy, or publish something broken overnight. So the guardrails are not reminders in a document — they are code that refuses.

Gates that refuse

Preconditions are enforced before an action runs, not audited after. If the check hasn't passed, the step does not execute.

Hard budget ceilings

Spend caps on GPU time and paid APIs, with idle watchdogs and automatic shutdown. Overruns stop the line before they reach an invoice.

Independent review

High-impact calls go to a review board of multiple independent models, with weighted scoring and a recorded rationale per decision.

Provenance & disclosure

Every asset carries its origin. Synthetic media is declared where platforms require it, and licensing is verified before publication.

04 / Who runs this

Built by the person who operates it

Eduardo de
Souza Marques

Founder & Principal Engineer

Designs the pipelines, writes the guardrails, and runs the studio's production nightly across a small fleet of machines and rented GPUs.

Pixel Pro ads started in 2023 as a performance creative shop — copy, edit, traffic. The bottleneck was never ideas. It was throughput: every good concept died waiting on an edit.

So the studio stopped hiring hours and started building a machine. First the generation, then the assembly, then the scheduling. And then the part almost nobody builds — the layer that decides when the machine is not allowed to proceed.

That control layer is now the actual product: gates that refuse, budgets that fail closed, an independent review board, and a provenance trail on every asset. It is what makes running production unattended a business decision instead of a gamble.

Parts of this infrastructure are being released as open-source projects.
